I have called Reddi for several of my home maintenance needs. I have had tree roots cleared from my sewer main line 3 times, and most recently, I had my water heater replaced. Reddi had always been able to perform my service within 1-2 days. Ryan Wise did a great job replacing my water heater. He is friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I highly recommend Reddi Industries for your home maintenance and repair needs.

We live outside of town and most people charge heavily just to come out. Mike J. took care of us by calling head and figuring out our problem so he was fully prepared when he got here. Saved us time and money. Mike was such a blessing today! Not only did he and his Co worker spend about 4 hours out in the cold, but he walked me through everything step by step. He answered all my questions and put up with all the chaos at my home. No judgements, no negativity, just great customer service! You never want water issues in freezing temps, but if you happen to be so lucky like us, you'll want to give Mike at Reddi a call- he'll get you taken care of!

My 40 something year old furnace died about a week ago. Reddi came out and recommended replacement. We were without heat at all, so they came out for the quote and replace the furnace and AC the next day. The workers were professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Could not have asked for a smoother install experience. I will 100% call them any time I have an issue with hvac or plumbing. One of the people doing the install was Chad Poort, I do not remember the name of the other person.

Devin and Aaron with Reddi Plumbing went above and beyond getting my water heater and bathroom faucet installed! Very professional and friendly service. Did the job in a timely manner and made sure everything was working properly and cleaned up before they left. Of course after a holiday, our septic tank was full!!. Called Reddi to get a quote, pretty reasonable, so started the process of having our tank pumped out. Service man called, confirmed address, and stated he was on his way. I let him know the best way to get to our house since we live in the country and several roads are not good for large vehicles. He arrived on time. Spent time looking at the situation and started to get the job done. After the job was completed he spent time explaining what he did. Educated us on our septic system, and things we might need to watch for, even start saving up for repairs. I forgot to get his name, but thank you for great custer service!!

Ryan was here, a few weeks ago, to help us with reinstalling a toilet that had loosened up. He did a great job. He was very helpful. Today he came to help us with our hot water heater. He was again very helpful and understanding in explaining what was going on, and what could be done. I'm Always happy when something goes sideways when I see Ryan show up to save the day.

Devin and Aaron came to my home to look at our water heater, within a few minutes they diagnosed the problem and gave me multiple options on how to proceed. They were very knowledgeable, making me feel comfortable about the decision I made for repair. They scheduled me next day to complete the work and were in and out in 1 hr. Great team, very professional and respectful. Because of them will definitely use Reddi Industries again.

Devin and Aaron were professional and knowledgeable! I appreciate all the work they did with replacing my hot water tank and sump pump. They explained everything thoroughly and were patient. They also made sure to clean up after themselves.

I just want to take a moment to say how extremely grateful we are to Reddi! Everyone on the whole team has been exceptional. Thank you Ashley for your tireless work getting everything squared away with our sewer issue cause by a certain company that shall not be named. Issac, Ryan, Landen and Kale you guys are so professional and phenomenal at what you do, we truly appreciate you all so much! We are thankful the work was completed quickly and confident it was completed correctly. I hope we never need you again but if we do we know we are in good hands. 10/10 would recommend you all over and over again. Thank you again!
